Pulitzer Prizes

This year's Pulitzers have been announced..

Nick Kristof is rewarded for his relentless efforts and great coverage of the tragedy in Dafur.

The Sun Herald, Biloxi, Miss. and The Times-Picayune, New Orleans get awarded for their public service in the wake of Hurricane Katrina

James Risen and Eric Lichtblau of The New York Times for their work on warrantless wiretapping - for which the nation should be thankful for outing though the President would rather take an ostritch-position about such things and called them ...

And Dana Priest of The Washington Post won for her beat reporting and "her persistent, painstaking reports on secret 'black site' prisons and other controversial features of the government's counterterrorism campaign."
