Secure this man

To think this guy was going to be the nation's security head!! Would have made for another "Heck of a job, Brownie" situation....though there is nothing to say the incumbent is any better in preventing such a disaster from happening.

Any more it seems many of our illustrious leaders and wanna-bes are of questionable character. It makes me think the problem in America is that we've become a nation of liars; more and more we see professional people with really low moral standards - which hurt all of us. It used to be that being a "professional" was synonymous with honesty, trustworthy, above reproach, etc. I think our morals have taken a dive. It's true we need role models from the top down. We've been robbed as a People of the creme de la creme of professionalism at the top of our present heap, sorry to say.

A very interesting place you have here, Sanjeev. One can learn a lot from your wisdom.

You never returned to my blog Poetmeister ..on the road to Parnassus - where you would have learned that, yes, I am indeed your old RAP pal. Thrilled to have found you after all these years. You'll be hearing more from me here, my friend. *grin*
